Chart not appearing or loading
Check that Chartbuddy is installed and up to date: Look for the Chartbuddy widget in the bottom-right corner of the screen. If it's missing, reinstall from the Chrome Web Store. If the extension is installed but behaving oddly, see How to update Chartbuddy.
Check that you're signed in: Open Chartbuddy. If you see a sign-in prompt, sign in with your Google account.
Try refreshing the page: Close and reopen the Google Slides presentation, or do a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R).
Check for extension conflicts: Disable other browser extensions temporarily to see if there's a conflict.
Chart data not syncing from Google Sheets
Check the linked spreadsheet: Make sure the Google Sheets file still exists and you have access to it. If someone moved or deleted the file, the sync will fail.
Check your data range: Open the chart in Chartbuddy and verify the linked range. If rows or columns were added outside the range, update it.
Try a manual refresh: Click the refresh button next to the Google Sheets logo to force a data pull.
Check auto-update settings: If you expect automatic updates, make sure auto-update is toggled on in the sheet/range selection menu.
