Chartbuddy charts are native elements in your Google Slides presentation, so collaboration works the way you'd expect from Google Workspace.
When collaborators have Chartbuddy
If multiple editors have Chartbuddy installed, they can all edit charts in the same presentation. Each person can select a chart, open the panel, and modify data, formatting, or styling.
When collaborators don't have Chartbuddy
They see charts as static images. They can move, resize, or delete the image, but they can't change the underlying data or formatting. To edit charts, they need to install Chartbuddy (takes about one minute).
Shared brand themes
If your team has set up a brand theme, everyone with Chartbuddy installed will use the same default colors and fonts when creating new charts. This ensures visual consistency across the team without manual coordination.
