Add a level line (target, threshold, or benchmark reference line) when you want a fixed value to cut across the chart.
Step 1: Open your chart in the editor
Open any Chartbuddy chart so the editor is active. This works the same in Hub, Embed, Google Slides, and PowerPoint.
Step 2: Right-click the chart background
Right-click an empty area of the chart background. Avoid bars, labels, and legend items. The chart context menu opens.
Step 3: Left-click Add level line
Left-click Add level line. Chartbuddy draws a horizontal line at a starting value.
Step 4: Left-click the level line
Left-click the level line to select it. The line toolbar opens with color, width, style, and value controls.
Step 5: Drag the level line to your target
Left-click and drag the selected line up or down until it sits on the value you want to mark. The label updates with the line.
