Use the chart legend when readers need a series key. Hide it when the chart is already clear and you want a cleaner slide.
Step 1: Open your chart in the editor
Open any Chartbuddy chart so the editor is active. This works the same in Hub, Embed, Google Slides, and PowerPoint.
Step 2: Right-click the chart background
Right-click an empty area of the chart background. Avoid bars, labels, and legend items. The chart context menu opens.
Step 3: Left-click Hide legend or Show legend
Left-click Hide legend if the legend is visible, or Show legend if it is already hidden. The chart updates immediately.
