Stretch the value axis and widen tick spacing when the default scale crowds the story or leaves awkward tick marks.
Step 1: Open your chart in the editor
Open any Chartbuddy chart so the editor is active. This works the same in Hub, Embed, Google Slides, and PowerPoint.
Step 2: Left-click the value axis
Left-click the left or right value axis. The max, min, and interval handles appear on that axis.
Step 3: Left-click and drag the top handle
Left-click and drag the top (max) handle to set how far the scale runs. The series redraw against the new length.
Step 4: Left-click and drag the interval handle
Left-click and drag the middle interval handle on the same axis to change tick spacing. Use this when you want fewer or cleaner tick labels.
Watch the short clip above for the full click path.
